FIAN Philippines envisions a cohesive and harmonious Philippine society, free from hunger and injustice, promoting cultural diversity, participatory and democratic processes and equitable and sustainable management of natural resources.

FIAN Philippines is one of Philippines’ lead advocate for the right to adequate food. It espouses freedom from hunger and other freedoms, exposes unjust and oppressive policies and practices, strongly defends people’s rights against exclusion, gender discrimination and supports social movements pushing for equitable access to and sustainable management of natural resources and food bases.

It continuously strives to enhance its competence in research and documentation. It advocates and campaigns for the promotion of the right to adequate food.
